hello everyone im 15, and im on the warrior diet and it seems that my mother might seem to be worried about me, though I eat a lot when I have a big meal, I usually eat fruits, I take vitamins, I try to avoid soy and other estrogenic foods..

I am skinny although I do have some muscle mass on me, I can lift 18 pound weights with one arm so it Does seem that I have muscle mass like this..

but I am yet to ask this question, is it okay for me to diet like this since im 15 and puberty might not be finished? Maybe I should eat a small meal during the undereating phase? or what? please help me with this.. it's just to make sure I am not messing up here.. or even messing up my health.. ?

There isn't a lot of research regarding intermittent fasting during or before puberty. Actually, as far as I know, there is none.
So, you are taking a huge gamble.
Personally, I wouldn't fast at all during a period as important as puberty. Or undereat. Your body needs calories calories calories, you are growing. People think stunted growth just means your short, but what about gonadal function? What about your whole endocrine system? Right now, all of that needs fuel to develop and grow, along with your body.
Thats my take, anyways.
Anyone else?

The one meal wont make up for the fact that you are fasting during a period of intense growth and development.

ok that makes sense, I guess im going to have to return eating lunch and dinner, though would it matter if I eat oatmeal for breakfast though? I guess this might effect the warrior diet of course but I mean I might have to go off of it..

Anyway now that I have to do that, what would be the appropriate age to start doing the warrior diet?
