I want to do CFT at my house. I don't have a treadmill so what to do for the Pre Fatigue Exercise? (i have a cross trainer  if it helps and can purchase three pairs of dumbbells)

What can i do at home?
How important is to the the whole training instead of doing the core (udp) and post fatigue exercise

Can CFT be done only at gym?

There are plenty of exercises to get your VO2 working. Try doing burpees for 30 seconds on & off, jumping jacks, or running in place (make sure to get those knees up high to really simulate the stride of a sprint). If you have a jump rope, you should definitely use it.
