I read The Warrior Diet and did not understand the food combination. Please guide me to the right combinations. Are beans peas  legumes and lentils are in the protein group? Could someone give me and example for a meal because according to page 87 i could eat salad cheese butter and walnuts or salad salmon almonds and bread. Do i have to have some fat when i choose the carb fuel? Can i mix protein (like tuna and cheese)? If i choose to eat cheese and nuts should the cheese be low fat?

In my culturel dairy plays a big role (i didnt born in a farm but since my childhood ate yogurt). Recently i read about claims that dairy is unnaturel and that no other animal "sucks" the nipple of cows and that dairy is not for human. The claims had  no scientific background..... But then i read the book "THE CHINA STUDY" and now very confussed about dairy. Basically the books auther tells about his studies that show that animal protein (not just dairy) is bad and helps to develop coronay cancer. Did someone read the book? What are your thouhts?

The China Study is full of shit. Period. Colin T. Campbell never cites research in his speeches or responses. He is a vegan, pushing a vegan agenda, and praising veganism, like most vegans do.
http://rawfoodsos.com/ An analysis from a former raw food vegan can be found here. It has sparked a lot of controversy on the web, as Colin actually responded to it. His response, as usual, contains no citations. The last 10 or so posts are relevant.
If you dont want to read any of that, the point about milk is that Colin took a casien extract, injects it into a mouse, finds the mouse gets cancer, completely denies the anticancer properties of whey (the other half of milk), and then because the highly refined casien extract of milk causes cancer, he goes on to say that all animal protein causes cancer.
The Fat Loss E-Book has more details on the "rules", but for myself I find worrying about it so much to be a bad thing for my mental health. As long as I'm eating food that is good for me I don't worry about it.
In order of importance:
BASICS:
Salad
Cooked Veggies
Daily EFA intake
Protein
FUEL:
Proper Fat
OR
Proper Carbs

Beans are both a protein and a carb. They fit in well for days when you need a higher carb intake.
