Greetings fellow Warriorites, quick question, I currently work 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm , and I'm trying to figure out how can I incorporate the WD in this time frame, when to workout, and eat my one meal per day, I really need some help guys, I'm pretty sure some of you are on second shift. Any and all replies will be greatly appreciated. I'm currently 235 lbs and I would like to lose 20lbs before the holidays get here. Thanks in Advance.
