I'm going to truck drivers school in september witch means I'm going to be driving long hours.I am wondering what foods are going to help with energy and alertness while driving hours on end. any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated.

Just eat clean, you'll naturally feel more alert. and staying a little hungry helps me focus

i am not a truck driver but do have a commute and a half everyday. staying alert is easy but try not to drink too much coffee. instead try green or black tea. my favorite is yerba mate tea which is a great energizing tea that keeps me focused and alert a lot longer then coffee does. give it a try. snacking on raw nuts in the afternoon will help curb hunger till overeating phase. good luck
