Is sweat the body's way of cooling off and/or is it a way for fat to be burnt off?

It has more than one function, one of which is to maintain proper body temperature - so yes, cooling off is definitely a part of it.  Another function is to eliminate toxins from the body as well.

Ok thanks - I was told it was specifically for burning fat, but I had thought it was also for cooling down. Thanks again.

hmm I was wondering that too. Im only on my 3rd day and I was working a little in the garden this morning and sweating a ton - which is very unusual for me -  It must be those toxins escaping... because I was not hot..hoorah!
