Hello, I am Dawn,

I am a 43 yrs old and have tried everything under the sun, moon and stars to lose the weight I had gained with I had my son 8 years ago.  I need to get 35 big ones off Sad

I am afraid to to get my hopes up.....but it seems everyone here has had good "real" results???

I dont have alot of money to but the supplements on the site...will this matter?

Please send any suggestion you may have or any hints that may help me along my way....Will this really work for me?  Really?

Dawn, read through the FAQ (http://www.defensenutrition.com/FAQ) on the site.  You'll find many of your questions answered there.

Also, read this about the supplements:

Grin  hello....I have tried many diets thru out my 47 years, this one is the best one I have ever followed, I have been on it for 13 days, the first 12 days I lost 16 pounds.  I don't have alot of money for all of the suppliments, I just take a multivitamin, drink lots of water.  I am not hungry at all but I follow it like the magazine says.  I could not be happier.

Give it a try and we will all be here to help you.

Don't worry so much about servings.  Eat one fruit during the day.  That'll work for you.  The important thing is that you're eating the right foods.  When you start to do that, you'll be amazed at how your body will respond!
