I have been on the AED for three weeks.  I am enjoying using all the orgainic fresh vegatables and I feel like a rabbit, munch on greens all day long.  I am feeling good and not as hungry as I would have been.  I have also been have regular massages to help detox. I lost  5 lbs first week, which I was happy with that.  These past two weeks I keep going up and down with 2 lbs.  I think i am following correctly,  however I have not taken any of the pills.  I do take a multivitamin, Omega 3, calcium and mag.  I tried milk thistle and I had a stomach ache and direahha from it, or at least that was on the third day.  Does milk thistle usually have that effect?  And should I try it again? I do consider this program as a way of life .  I love food and can't think of anything that I don't like.  I would like to speed up my weight lost.  What do you recommend? Thanks so much for all the information to help us with our lives.

Here's Ori's reply:

The milk thistle that you bought may be of a lower grade (commercial) quality or you may be reactive to some substance in the supplement. In any case stop taking it. To get best results, try following our program with the natural supportive supplements. For that matter we offer a special kit "burn this tenacious fat" that provides you with everything you need to steadily progress in your quest for losing excessive weight. The kit includes a 30 day supply of estrogen inhibitors, caps and shake, and a detox kit with a special cleansing formulas for the liver, kidneys and digestive tract. Let us know of your progress.
