Ok, I know the best thing to eat for breakfast is fruit, but i really cant do fruit EVERY day.  Undecided I have just moved to phase 2, any suggestions for breakfast besides fruit?? And if I dont eat the fruit every breakfast is that really going to effect my weight loss??

You don't have to have fruit for breakfast.  In fact, you could have some raw veggies.  You can also have some light organic dairy or a couple of hard boiled eggs.  The other option is to make yourself a protein meal replacement shake and throw some berries in it.  There are always options.  You might also consider juicing some veggies and mixing it with some whey protein.

Jastiny, Here's another idea.  I saute chopped onion and grated zucchini and then scramble 2 eggs in with the sauteed veggies.  It's really good and sticks with me.

I'm not opposed to that, but remember to try to minimize cooked foods during the day.  They taste great, but tend to take your energy levels down.  Reading that though, makes me hungry.  Oh, wait - it's dinner time.  I'm going to go pig out!

What about Oatmeal?  I didn't see anything listed as to when to have milk.  Also what do people eat as a snack at night?  Can you only eat fruit during the day?
