Yes, you can be successful on the diet without taking the supplements, however I would suggest finding some good multi-vitamins somewhere.  The supplements are all designed to fill a nutritional need that most people are missing in today's deficient diet.  Even many of the veggies that we eat today are depleted of minerals.  In order to control cravings and maximize your body's ability to burn fat and function properly, it's important to make sure it's nourished with the right minerals, vitamins, anti-oxidants, etc.  Our supplements meet that need and help enhance the process.  That's not to say that if you eat foods listed in the diet, respect the proper food combinations and get some exercise, that you won't see some great results.

Grapes are not recommended.  Try berries instead.  Grapes tend to be very glycemic, which work against you.

Hmmm. I think I've read that answer before. Moderator, you're starting to sound like a broken record  Cheesy What would you do without copy and paste functionality? Probably go insane, I'm sure.

Time for me to step in with some sticky posts (not that those really work  Roll Eyes). I'll make an effort to spare everyone from hearing the same questions posted over and over and over, as it really discourages the regulars from coming back. To be fair, though, the search feature of this forum software isn't the greatest. Hopefully, if I put some sticky posts for the most common questions, I'll save the moderators sanity (if it's not too late  Grin).

Stay tuned.
