I read the article about the anti-estrogenic diet in First magazine and found a copy of the book at Indigo the next day.

In the article they recommend 2 weeks on Phase I, 2 weeks on Phase II and 2 weeks on Phase III.

The book recommends 1 week on each phase.

Could someone help clarify this information to receive the highest benefits of this diet?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, the First article took a few liberties, however, there is nothing wrong with doing 2 weeks of detox or high fat.  It really depends on the person.  I would stick to the book and see how it works for you.
