That - I could not tell you, but I would find it very hard to believe that this diet wouldn't work just as well for you as for anyone else, as you'll still be tackling the core problem of weight gain - excess estrogen.

I don't see how a diet that tells you to eat all kinds of the best, healthy, all natural foods there is can not be good for anyone Huh

I'll go out on a limb and say this: This diet is beneficial to EVERYONE! It's flexible enough to be tailored to everyone's individual needs, whether it be allergies, dislikes, schedules, etc. Well, if you simply don't like healthy foods, we can't help you there.

I am new to the site, A1Books, thru Amazon.com has it.  It took less than 3 weeks to get the book and only cost me about $13. 00

Yes, Amazon is cheaper.  We would rather you guys buy it from Amazon, as it helps increase our book ratings, which in turn helps us be more effective to get the word out.

 Grin hey blondie,

After following every diet out there and being successful on every one of them but I could never keep the weight off.  I would lose 100 pounds one year and gain 120 the next year, I have done this about 5 or 6 times.  Finally, in 1993, I had gastric bypass, I soon found that it is not the magic cure all, but it did help me to stop the cycle of gaining and losing large amounts of weight.  I weighed 305, I still have the unbelieveable picture, i lost 105 pounds pretty quickly, like I have done of every diet, even at my age now of almost 48(next week).  When I stopped losing weight, no matter what I did, I couldn't seem to get below 215, for years and eventully about a year ago, I started going thru menopause.  My weight started going up.  I was disappointed, depressed and thought what a waste of all the money.  I have been on and off diets now and then over the last year.  I was beginning to think that I would just do as I always did, lose about 20 pounds and then gaining 25 or 35 back.  I weighed 227 and really down on myself.  I was at the grocery store and saw the magazine, bought it and started the next day.  I have been on this for 13 days, I love it more than any other diet I have ever tried.  I weighed on the 12 day and have lost 13 pounds.

I am finally feeling happier and know that this is the diet I will follow forever.  I have a history of breast and other cancers in my family and really believe this plan will benefit me.

sorry for going on and on, but I know this will help you and feel free to e mail me and I will help you.

Good luck and GET STARTED .......

I haven't weighed myself, but gauging by the looseness of my clothes I would guess 10 pounds in two weeks, as a conservative estimate.   I really must get a scale!
