Hmm, that's a good question.  I would think it's fine.  I'm not real familiar with it, but if it contains a good amount of Omega-3s and 9's, I'd think it would be fine.

I just want to use it, as its a good nut - its in the same league as almonds, avocado's and olive oil. In fact the good monounsaturated fats is nearly double that of almonds.

Yeah, I suspect that it's fine - it's just not very cheap or easily accessible.

just a quick question, nuts are not meant to be eaten with grains, but can you have nut based oils with grains?
