So I was wondering if on the WD, the body's metabolism is supposed to speed up as one gets older.  For example, a 30-year-old who has been on the warrior diet for 10 years versus a 20-year-old who has only been on the diet for a year, what is the difference?  Will the 30-year-old be leaner, more muscular than the 20-year-old?

Ori's been doing this his whole adult life, I presume, and he looks much younger than one would think.  Did his metabolism increase over time?

What are the positive payoffs of being on the warrior diet for long amounts of time, say years?

I'll second the Moderators comments in this post:

Ori is a machine and has humbled many fitness trainers over half his age. Need I say more?
