Hello,

I'm planning on doing HGH inducing exercise routines three times a week. However, I want to know if I can do them more often. Does anyone have any ideas?

Snabriel, HGH inducing exercises are great for you. doing them 3 times per week sounds great and doing a little bit more some weeks wouldnt hurt either. just remember that your body needs time to heal. i would maintain your 3times a week training and 1 to 2 weeks of a month you can squeeze some extra workouts in.
 
week 1: 3x hgh training
week 2: 5x hgh training
week 3: 2x hgh training
week 4: 3x hgh training

dont have to kill yourself doing it. just make sure that when you workout extra hard one week, give the body a chance to recover the next. or two weeks hard two weeks light. maintain balance in life my friend.. thats the exercise i recommend

Hey there

All exercise that causes lactic acid build up will raise GH to a degree. It's largely individual, you can build it up to 7 days a week if you choose to but if you're referring to high volume sets with a pretty heavy load e.g 100 squats with 100kgs as fast as you can complete them. then this should oly be done 1x a week and only for a few weeks in a row.

Listen to your body, you'll soon know if you're overdoing it.
