Too bad, that there is little we can do. Especially concerning broccli, cauliflower and tomatoes, I still have questions, but this would lead beyond this topic which is still almond butter.

In the meantime I have made myself one glass of this wonderful stuff and enjoy it very much. Do you think that sweetening it a tiny bit using stevia would do any harm? I plan on creating a second serving using soaked almonds, a bit of olive oil, some cinnamon and 4-6 drops of stevioside, of which I think that it will yield a delicious creamy glass of almond butter, loaded with nutrients and taste!

I soaked some almonds last night and used them to create my newest batch of almond butter, it did taste great however it was a little bit more tricky to get to the consistency i prefer.
