I am a fitness trainer who has very little appetite during the day. At night I crave copious amounts of chocolate. HELP!

There's nothing wrong with chocolate, as it's known to have some definite health benefits.  It you're going to have it, have it with some protein.  If you're a healthy, fit person, I wouldn't be so worried about it.  But, as always, make sure you eat it in moderation.  I like to put organic chocolate in the blender with Warrior Milk or EstroX Shake and some milk, ice and blend it up.  Tastes great to me and satisfies my craving for something sweet in the evening.  That way you're getting your craving settled and you don't have to eat a huge amount of chocolate to do it.
