My name is Greg Nuckols.  I'm 18 years old, currently right around 200 pounds, and 5'10".  I'm trying to live a healthier life and the concept of the warrior diet just clicked with me.  I was a powerlifter before coming to college and realizing there's not a gym with free weights.  All i have is a single dumbbell and 200 pounds of weight for it.  So i realized quickly that powerlifting was just simply something i couldn't continue, and i started working at dieting down from the 255 pounds i found myself.  I tried keto first, and that just left me with no energy.  I floundered for a while and found the warrior diet.  I'm eating about 2750 Cal. a day (maintenance for me is around 3300-3500) and i've lost 20 pounds so far while gaining muscle on my entire body and getting down to a bf% where i can start to see the outline of my abs (by FAR the leanest i've ever been).  I'm posting here because i'm really new to this and i'm hoping for some solid advice moving forward using intermittent fasting as a lifestyle, not just a diet.
My day:

fast until 3:50 (just 0 calorie beverages until then)
3:50         30g whey protein
4-4:40ish   weight training
4:45         post-workout meal:
               3 egg omlet with green peppers, onions, olives, chicken, and cottage cheese
               rice
               veggies&beans
               fresh fruit.  typically pears or apples
6-6:30      second training session.  accessory movements/etc.  nothing too intensive
6:30         finish what's left of my first meal (i usually eat about 3/4 of it the first go)
8-8:20      interval sprints and maybe abs
8:30         peanut butter and milk, then begin my fast

my goals are muscle gain and fat loss.  the reason i split my training session is that i find even just that hour and a half or so of recovery time helps me push my accessory lifts a lot harder.  how does my diet look overall?  from the moment i break my fast until i go to bed, i can't stop sweating.  is that normal?  without a barbell how likely am i to overtraining, assuming i keep volume moderate?  I train 5 days and take one off, where i eat around 2250 calories.  my only supplements are a multivitamin and fish oil.
