I would follow the doctor's advice, and speak to a dietician. Find out about what type of exercise your doctor suggests. Good luck with the diabetes. The warrior diet may create too many sugar swings for you right now, so go to your doctor.

I think it is not a good sign, at the movement you start exercises and change your eaten Patton. Follow best diet recipes and control your sugar level. Try to always get your meals home prepared and reduce fast foods. Twice a month meet your family doctor and get health advices and attend medical test.

Talk to a doctor but lose weight is the best thing to do. You are much too heavy for your height and for your age and this can cause you many problems.

Set a calorie deficit of at least 500 kcal per day and keep at it until you've lost the weight. There are many sites that cover weight loss in good detail, a google search should help.

Don't buy into a fad diet though. I'm a sports nutritionist and i can tel you first hand, the only way to lose weight is to eat less energy than your body uses.

It is possible to reduce weight without exercise, but it's not ideal. Because losing weight typically involves losing muscle as well as fat. And the more muscle we lose, the lower our metabolic rate (the rate we burn calories). Which is why the best weight loss programs encourage you to reduce your calorie-intake and increase your exercise. Point is, if you make regular calorie savings, they add up to significant weight reduction.

While doing regular exercise may help you is lose your weight, or you can go for a walk or try to do yoga, it will really help you. always try to drink 8-9 glass of water in a day, and also try to drinking one less can of coke or eating one more serve of fruit. I hope that this will really help you. Fruits like Orange,Lemon and Lime is good to take, because they have fat burning properties.

As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

The best diet for people with Type 2 diabetes is a low carbohydrate diet. They can more or less eat anything they like, as long as it is low in carbohydrate. This is because diabetes is primarily a disease of carbohydrate metabolism. Diabetics cannot metabolize or cannot easily metabolize carbohydrate.

Reducing over weight is one type of big challenge specially for food lovers. But if you will change your diet little bit and try to do regular exercise then no one can interrupt in your weight loss program. Try to reduce calorie rich food because it increase the body fat, drink 4 to 6 bottle water every day and juice, Don't avoid daily exercise....

Yes this is a serious problem now you have to take care of your diet, exercise and other health things, first follow a strict diet plan which should be very low in fats and calories, giving more importance to fresh fruits and veggies which contains lots of vitamins, fiber and other nutrients which will help your body to improve the metabolism rate, Your main purpose should be to improve the metabolism rate and once that is improved than you can burn lots of calories even you are not doing any workout, so now you should be strict in diet and exercise for long period.
