I was wondering what your thoughts on this is.

1 table spoon of coconut oil during the undereating phase? coconut oil is mostly mct's and fast assimilated.

hey that is an awesome idea, i like to do it in between like 2 and 6 pm depending on what time i get up and how hard my day was but i like to maybe a 1 or 2 tablespoons i mix days of that and then days of almond's but never mix them both,too much fat during the undereating phase,  but i don't do it everyday, i like it on days of my workout so right before my workout i'm carb free except whats in the alomonds, at first my workouts where lagging on the no carb but now after i've been doing it for a while the high fat diet is awesome, but i'm going off track but i think its a great idea in moderation and the right timing, because your right it is mostly all MCT's and it is fast assimilating
