You can eat tons of stuff. As far as fruits and veggies go. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, sprouts, carrots, cabbage, green beans, berries (lower the sugar the better in the fruit department), apples the list goes on. Just because it is ideal to have some veggies cooked doesn't mean you can't eat them raw and they would be bad for you. I just think Ori says that the nutrients are absorbed easier after being cooked. If that is all that is available to you than go for it. I doubt it is going to ruin your regimen. :-).

If it tastes good when its raw, it tastes good when its raw.
Dont go overboard and eat half a head of raw cabbage or anything, though. Dont want to teach anyone around you what hell smells like, do we?

lol - I eat raw cabbage as one of my raws - love it. Colleague at work seen me eating it and just asked in a drole voice - "are you eating raw cabbage". Shook his head and walked off  Cheesy

Carrots, turnip, mangetout, cabbage, peppers, broccoli stalks - so far that's my raw veggies.

As far as veggies go.  I'm only eating leafy raw veggies.  Spinich, romain, turnip greens, and I also eat onion raw.  This is pretty much my salad.  Throw some canned olives in along with some fetta, olive oil, and lemon juice and I'm good to go.

For Raw veggies the leafy greens are perfect you can never go wrong, greener the better.  Read one of ori's defense nutrition blog articles on "Parsley"  I like to use it if i'm not hungry but i want to get a perk up but coffee is to strong for me to drink all day long.  I always keep in mind of climate when i pick raw veggies during the day over fruit, i expeirence all four season's so in the winter it is really not many fruits just some fresh squeezed grapefruit or orange juice, and a occasional banana that is raw the rest is maybe the dried date and fig but the rest is veggies or warrior milk here's a list of veggies i eat year round but considerable less in the summer that is mainly fruit and i go by seaon's on that too, so just use your instincts.  Leafy greens like a salad is a must daily here is some just to eat alone

Carrots-vitamin A very good for fueling your steriod hormones during undereating
Celery-loads of water, and has a chemical that atcs as a hormone in the body and helps preserve's muscle tone
Cabbage-loaded with sulfur componds helps fuel the mitocondria to produce gluthonine during the fasting undereating phase.

I rotate in between these i also don't mix them, one a day and one the whole day if i want a raw veggie, for a high fat night i'll load the peanut butter on the raw veggies for a snack, its awesome on cabbage.
