evening meal timing
«

Ithe past I have always maintained a low caloric intake during the day, with a big meal in the evening. Recently I have become more strict with my diet in accordance with the Warrior diet, now my schedule has changed to where I wake at 7 am, excercise, smoothie, and take care of errands. I now work from 3 to 11 pm and only have 15 or so minutes for dinner, sometimes no time. Off at 11pm home by 11:30 and ready to sleep, not even hungry at that point. So far my weight is stable, but I am starting to loose muscle and strength. Any suggestions on meal timing?

First, it depends on how long ago it was when you started, because as far as other people have told me, there is a starting period in the warrior diet where your body is adjusting to it. Also, I would try to give the evening meal more time. I ate all the calories I need in 1 hour and I was shoveling it in as fast as I could. It sounds to me that you are not getting all the calories in that you need.

I agree, thats the problem, I have little time for dinner and I am considering a large mid afternoon meal instead. Any thoughts?
