Hello
I heard that the Warrior Diet takes 3-4 weaks to make process. Is that true? I tried it for 2 weeks but did by not eating anything for my undereating phase, but did not make any progress, am I doing something wrong, or is that normal?

I'm a little new to this myself. To be honest it can take up to/ around 3 weeks to get used to the diet. It took me 3 weeks and I'm still not totally used to it, but it has gotten a lot easier and I love the freedom.  It's nice to know it's OK not to eat. I'm just starting to see results now. I think I hit the turning point. I have been consistent for about 3 weeks now. At first my athletic performance dropped, but now it's starting to pick back up. I would just say just tough it out for at least a solid month. Take before and after pictures and if you have the time. Log how you are feeling and refer back to it. Hope this helps.

It took me 1 week to adapt to the hunger.  And 2 weeks before I started the enjoying the undereating phase.  I've lost 10lbs since the week of thanksgiving.  That's saying alot because before that I had been working out 6 days a week, and dieting.  I had completely plataued.  Now I'm getting leaner and stronger.  In May I couldn't Military press 40lbs with either arm.  Yesterday, I pressed a 70lbs kettlebell, and snatched a 80lbr.  Stick with it man.  Now I don't know which phase I like better the undereating phase or the overeating phase.  I love love love to eat, but I like the way I feel during the undereating phase.  Don't give up and start thinking that you were meant to eat 3 or six meals a day.  You ancestory has evolved to eat this way.

well it's not the eating once a day that I have a problem with, it's just that I tried it for 2 weeks and I did'nt lose any fat.

Well also I wouldn't starve yourself during the undereating phase.  Try following the detox phase I.  Download the ebook.  It's a big help.  Have salad, fruit, egg, and protein shakes.  Also if you are not excercising it may take longer for your progress to start showing.  Excercising really forces your body to burn that fat during the undereating phase.

Great!

Another person pushing for the E-book. People were probably beginning to think I was receiving royalties!

In order to clarify, I would still recommend The Warrior Diet Fat Loss Plan E-book over The Stubborn Fat Solution, though others may disagree.

That said, nice work with the kettlebells KB.

well, I would prefer to eat once a day, because that is the whole reason of me doing it.
