How do I avoid starch cravings

Part of eliminating those cravings is to get over the hump.  Obviously your body has probably become addicted to it, so there may be a short time of withdrawal when you do especially crave it.  I would try some of our shakes during those times and see if that helps with it.  The other thing you can try is to replace it with a nice piece of fruit.  Also, read the last newsletter on cravings.  Maybe that'll provide you some insights and help.
