Initially, let me start off by saying that I use Warrior Milk and Warrior Whey regularly, and will continue to do so. Its ingredient profile aside, the ease of mixing, creating pudding, or even chewing out of the container is unparalleled. Like most people who use the product, I looked forward to the peanut butter flavor with great anticipation.

Unfortunately, having tried the new flavor, like chocolate before it, I'm not particularly fond of its sweetness. Though it smells a bit like peanut butter, it tastes more like a children's cereal (Honey Smacks if my memory and taste buds are correct). In an attempt to create a peanut butter cup flavor, and possibly reduce the sweetness a bit, I used half chocolate, half peanut butter formulas. Once again, though the flavor was different, the sweetness was still a bit extreme. If overly sweet tasting products are not your thing, I'd suggest using the vanilla.

Of course, this is coming from a Warrior Milk/Whey user who, admittedly, does not have a sweet tooth. Therefore, I'm accustomed to, and generally disappointed by, supplements trying to take place of ice cream, candies, and so forth.

Though I doubt any changes in the flavors will take place, knowing how common a sweet tooth is, I will remain hopeful. In the meantime, I just started the thread to keep other Warrior Milk users informed.

I just bought some of the peanut butter flavor and I love it. I think it's the best flavor of the 3 and it has become my favorite. Everybody's tastes are different.

since ori came out wit the organic warrior milk i've only had the vanilla which tastes really great mixed 1 : 1 with his whey. two scoops of the warrior milk are way too sweet for my taste and it IMO has a strange aftertaste. i don't know if anybody else has noticed this, but is it the same with the other flavors?

Compared with other protein supplements, I find Warrior Milk's aftertaste, though present, to be minimal. However, as indicated above, the sweetness is definitely an issue. For purposes of variety, I will still cycle between flavors, but in recommending the product to others, I will be sure to mention the extreme sweetness. As Charles indicates, some people might enjoy it, especially fans of the children's cereal that I believe it tastes like.

When taken with a scoop of Warrior Whey (2:1), the sweetness is toned down slightly. Unfortunately, the level of sweetness is not reduced to that of the Warrior Bars. Although my experience with Ori's/Defense Nutrition bars is minimal, having only tried one of the pumpkin variety once, I remember appreciating the (lower) level of sweetness that the product possessed. Keeping this in mind, other flavors may not have the same characteristic.

Though I doubt any reformulation addressing the products' sweetness will take place. It is good to mention such matters on the forum. Thank you for your responses.

Finally got around to mixing Vanilla and Peanut Butter Warrior Milk, 1:1. Like with other 'blends' the Vanilla tones down the sweetness while maintaining the flavor.

No example of genius but, if another member wants to cut the sweetness of Peanut Butter or Chocolate Warrior Milk, here's an option.
