Hello there,

I read both the Warrior Diet and the Anti Estrogenic Diet. It says that natural stimulants are allowed, except for those that are sensitive to them.

Can anyone tell me how to know, if i am sensitive?

thanks

do you get jittery after drinking coffee? or even cold sweat? if not, you should be fine Wink

i want to ad, don't rely too much on caffeine, it just gives you false energy and at the same time, drawing minerals (iron) from your body.

having said that, 1 or 2 cups / day should be no problem. personally i prefer organic matcha (green tea powder) which has an even higher ORAC than coffee.

you're welcome Wink

it may be dose dependant but don't drink it if it makes you feel worse. when i still drank coffee, i had days where i didn't feel it at all and days where get cold sweat and felt really bad. coffee doesn't contain anything you couldn't get from other food and can even contribute to adrenal exhaustion. i'd say, ditch it, especially if you have an addictive personality (like myself Wink)
