do you get jittery after drinking coffee? or even cold sweat? if not, you should be fine
i want to ad, don't rely too much on caffeine, it just gives you false energy and at the same time, drawing minerals (iron) from your body.
having said that, 1 or 2 cups / day should be no problem. personally i prefer organic matcha (green tea powder) which has an even higher ORAC than coffee.
