My suggestions are as follows.
1. Keep a food and exercise diary
2 Don’t weigh in too often
3 Make the best choices you can.
4 Eat the correct portion sizes
5. Don’t skip meals
6. Get plenty of sleep
7 Don’t skip breakfast.

The first step in creating more effective training is to ensure that you are fully utilizing all the features of your treadmill. Simply turn the device and set the speed control is not enough. minimal knowledge of crop minimal results.

Green tea is a great drink for weight loss,it plays mojor role in loosing the fat,if you continue in the consumption of green tea three to four times a day,you will surely be able to lose some weight effectively,

Weight loss is not an easy task, if you want to lose weight then you have to be very strict in your diet and exercise, Your diet should be high in protein and low in calories, your body should also get sufficient amount vitamins, minerals and other nutrients and fresh fruits and veggies will help you to get all that vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, It is really important to avoid junk foods, fast foods and other unhealthy foods, over eating can also be a serious problem so avoiding it is also important, you have to do regular exercise which will help you to burn lots of calories, so adopting healthy activity will really help you to achieve good health.

Drink more water
Eat less food
Eat fruits daily
Do exercise daily
Sleep less
Do walk daily
Drink green tea.

Resistance training ( with weights ) is much better as it keeps on burning calories after you have finished. Lean muscle will burn much more calories and in turn lose body fat. Also HIIT (high intensity interval training)
Is proven to burn more fat ie sprint for 40 sec then jog for 20 sec. I also think diet is much more important than cardio.
You can't out run a bad diet.
