Hi
Im new to this site, and the Warrior Diet. Im planning on not eating anything through my undereating phase. The only problem I have is the timing problem. I usually go to sleep at 10 PM, and wake up at 6 AM.  My current bodyfat is 15-18% BF. How long would I need to fast to get my bodyfat to 5%? How could my shcedule work? I'm confused about how to timing system works.

read/re-read the warrior diet. Ori talks about how he doesn't recommend strict water fasts because eating the right foods accelerates fat loss and cleansing

I did. You should read the website Q&A Ori says its Ok to water Fast, and actually he says its alright to water fast in the book too. The warrior diet is about choices.

Water fasts are typically around 24 hours but can go as far as 36hrs.  I wouldn't recommend going beyond a 36 hr fast because your body needs nutrients. If you eat around 8 o'clock then simply don't eat or drink anything but water or green tea until 8 o'clock the next day (24 hrs). Much simpler than people think.

in the way people normally measure time in the Warrior diet that 24hrs. would be a 14 hour fast, when you don't include sleep time,  would that be enough time for be to get the full benefits of the Warrior Diet?
