Well, all informed people knows about the theories that say it is not possible to add muscle if you remain several hours wihtou food, because the increasing in cortisol, that begin to grow when you wake up. Well, it is not true.

My history is not about reduce the body fat, but about increasing muscular mass. I train with weights there are 7 years. During all this time I always was able to increase my muscle mass 1 pound by month, regularly, except while cycling to avoid overtraining. My body fat increased from 10% to 15% during a two year interval, after what I did some diet to reduced it to 10% again, always losing some muscle in the process, as usual. My dietary schedule was the usual to strength training: 3200-3500cal/day, 6 meal a day, 1g of protein by pound of  bodyweight.

I began the Warrior diet in August after a adaptation period of adaptation, when I gradually reduced the frequency of my meals to 3 and remained in this during three months, totalizing 2200cal. During the 8 months of this adaptation I lost 12 pounds of muscle, nothing of fat, what was expected because the caloric reduction,  and some strength. However, when I began the warrior diet the process reverted. I am still consuming the same 2200cal, 1,4g of protein by pound of bodyweight, but all this after the 18 P.M. My body fat is constant since I began (10%), but I am increasing my muscle mass in 2-3pounds by month. It never happened before, and I am eating 1/3 less than before, what is much less tiring to the body. It is incredible! When I eat 3200cal /day, if I cut to 2800 I stopped my gains. Now  only 2200 is enough to put 3 times more muscle than before. It proves that the body really works much better in this way, much more efficiently than with the usual eating routines. My routine of training remained the same, before and after the Warrior Diet. Besides, my diggestion was slow there are 10 years or more. Now, the food disapear from my stomach, it is perfect!
