It really depends on what type of multi you are talking about and the ingredients in the multi.
If an ingredient on the vitamin's label sounds suspiscous to you, I would call the manufacture of the vitamin and ask someone. Either that or do a google search about it.

looking at the ingrdients i don't think they contain it, also, i think ori was smart enough to consider the widespread gluten related problems when he designed the multi Wink
