Just keep with it.  It is only your second week.  It takes about 3-4 weeks for change to start and about 90 days for large changes to take place.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step but you have to keep taking steps to get to the end.
exercise 3 times a week is plenty if your doing it right.
there are alot of effective programs
cft
crossfit
turbulence training
just remember it is an investment  you'll get out what you put in.

I would advise you to get up just a little bit earlier in the morning, and do some form of exercise then.Just so you get some exercise every day.It does´nt have to be a grueling strainious workout, just something.Like some yoga, pilates or just a walk, the main thing is to get the rutin of doing some physical activity every day.
I wish you the best of luck Smiley
