this is my first week i wanted to share my loss during the next weeks with other warriors
and i have some questions plz

1- in the detox week .. how much grains and beans in the main meal
i take 3 teaspoonfull each is that ok ?

2- i need to lose about 40 kgs(88 lbs) (my first target is half of these )Smiley
from your own experience how long would it take me to lose those 40 kgs knowing that i exercise regualrly from 3-4 times weekly

A true warrior does not know what to do with a teaspoon of food. Seriously. You should be eating more. Eat until you are full, truly full.
Can't help you with the second question, other than saying it will take as long as it takes with various peaks, plateaus, etc. All you need is time.

another question i dont seem to understand how to prepare bbroth in my lunch so i just skip it or boil some veggies and drink the fluid is that right ??

You are making this way too complicated.
If you want some broth, go out and buy some broth, or look up a recipe on how to make broth.
This isn't hard.
