I'm doing a mix of Ketogenic Diet and Warrior Diet.

I water fast during the day and at about 21:00 to 22:00 i consume:
8 eggs
200g chicken breast
80g whey
12g omega3
100g olive oil
xxxg of broccoli, spinach, green salad..

which brings about 2200-2300 kcal and is 1g of protein and fat per lbs of bodyweight.

is this ok? i'm worried because by the book there's a 4h overeating phase but i eat this in less than 30 minutes Cheesy

thanks

The four hour eating window is for the sake of non painful digestion and calories for stomachs that cant handle super intense meals. Alot of us here take 1-2 hours to pound it down and feel just fine.
So I guess it depends on how you feel after eating all of that in 30 minutes. If you feel alright dont worry about it. If you feel bloated and miserable then spread it out.
