I'm doing a mix of Ketogenic Diet and Warrior Diet.
I water fast during the day and at about 21:00 to 22:00 i consume:
8 eggs
200g chicken breast
80g whey
12g omega3
100g olive oil
xxxg of broccoli, spinach, green salad..
which brings about 2200-2300 kcal and is 1g of protein and fat per lbs of bodyweight.
is this ok? i'm worried because by the book there's a 4h overeating phase but i eat this in less than 30 minutes
