Hi there,

i'm sure all of us are more or less agree that alcohol is bad and the less we consume the better.
According to the article "Alcohol and Your Diet" on this page which linked serveral times in this board and is still available via the way back machine under http://web.archive.org/web/20071018181700/www.defensenutrition.com/article/alcohol-and-your-diet (http://web.archive.org/web/20071018181700/www.defensenutrition.com/article/alcohol-and-your-diet) we also do know how we can minimize the impact on our bodys.

Nevertheless, things may get out of control sometimes and i'm wondering what to do if the horse is already bolted for whatever reason  Roll Eyes
Therefor the question is: What can i do waking up wondering who's that girl on my side and slowly realise that though i may have appropriately celebrated my wifes brithday there may be some nutrionous deficites and even some damage on my body which have to be fixed? Wink

My current strategy is increasing antioxidantial intake (i.e. taking 3-4 capsules of OPC instead of 2), eating some salted nuts in the morning, drinking more tea (mostly herb based) than usual and also slightly enlarging the daily intake by serving myself food in after-workout-snack instead of raw-fruit style.

What are your opinions and / or stragedies for such cases?

I thought it was funny. But thats not the point of this thread.
An egg with a green juice (berries and swiss chard) knocks it right out of me, I swear.
