Day to day fluctuations man, dont stress em. Its the trend that matters, not the micro peaks and valleys. What do your food choices look like? Counting calories?
Undereating phase: its mostly like this:1 whey isolate right after standing up, 2 apples, 1 pear, 2 eggs, 250ml joghurt or 500ml buttermilk, handfull of sunflower seeds or other kind of nuts, and a whey isolate right after workout.
1. mixed salad, no dressing
1.5 (sometimes) raw veggies .. i mostly put them into the salad
2. mix of different colour capsicum, carrots with a bunch of fresh herbs,onion and garlic, cooked
3. bunch of proteines either from fish, meat or eggs (i cycle these 3)
4. if i still feel hungry either a nuts/seeds mix, almonds, or a few slices of fresh whole-grain bread with cheese or sausage
i dont count calories at all, i used to do so, but right now i just stop eating when i am really satisfied.
... i know that fluctuations dont matter that much and the trend is more important. but imho recording the values every day can give me a better view at the trend. it easily allows to create graphs, etc...
anyhow.. another day, another progress... (even tho i followed the "try to kill a pizza" thingy last night
