I'd love to hear more about this, I'm also a Paleo / WD / CrossFitter.
The main thing I took from WD to change Paleo is: "Some carbs at the end of your big meal are not bad, they may even be good." I haven't tried carb cycling, but it just happens naturally - every week or two I go to a party, or get tired of dieting, and eat lots of carbs
. I call it "an occasional binge", but if I can call it "carb cycling", hey, that's cool
