Hello. Is the EstroX sold at Swanson Vitamins the same as the one available here at Defense Nutrition? The Swanson label lists one capsule as a serving. Defense Nutrition lists three capsules as a serving. However, both claim the same amount of the active ingredients per serving. Thank you for any help.

Exact same product, different size on the capsules.

Swanson= 60 pills, 2 per day = 30 day supply.

Defense= 180 pills, 6 per day = 30 day supply.

So you have to decide: Less pills per day, or smaller pills for swallowing.
