Ok I will start with I eat clean, workout and still have not had fat loss. My body is very good at storing fat, I fast 2 or 1 day a week, those are my feel good days. My questions are as follows.
A. If I work out in the morning and eat that eve (work ends @ 6:30pm) is that going to be good for muscle growth?
B. I tried eating 2,000 cal a day and that is alot of food(even though im fat lol) but how am I suppose to cook that much food and eat it in one sitting?
C. I do paleo because I am sensitive to grains so those are out which leads me with Meat, Fat, Vegies...maybe a yam.
D. Can you have growth with only 1,500 cal a meal following thw warriordiet?
Thanks for the help.
BY the way I put this same post by accident in the success forum, I apologize for the mistake.

I work out in the morning as well and have felt the WD has greatly facilitated muscle growth.
While the WD does say to eat in one sitting, it also says follow your instincts. If after you eat your salad you need a 15 minute break...take it! If after you have protein you feel full...stop...then if you feel hungry 20 minutes later by all means go have more! Also, try cooking each phase of the meal as you go. Make your salad then eat it. Make your protein and cooked veggies then eat it. If you need fats/carbs go make it then eat it. Theres no rule that says you have to have it all layed out in front of you from start to finish.
Yes you can have growth with 1500 calories in your meal because the more you do it the more you will be able to eat. However, i would not recommend counting your calories. That is a very addicting thing to do and can easily ruin things on the WD (thats just my opinion)
Hope this helped.

If you are having a post workout snack/meal you should be good.
What I find easier, and less time consuming, is to just make enough food I think is going to fill me up in one go. That way, instead of wasting a whole entire evening going in and out of the kitchen I just cook everything, get it over with, and can really relax and enjoy with time left to spare for other things instead of devoting my life to a diet.

I understand what your saying, but for me, on a night that i can just relax and don't have any plans, i find cooking each portion as i go most enjoyable. Being able to cook and smell each piece of the meal as i go and have each portion freshly cooked and ready is part of the reason i love this diet. I don't look at me spending an evening in the kitchen as a waste or devoting my life to the diet..its what i actually like doing

Right on. I just find it way too hard to read while I'm cooking.
Yes, I am a nerd.

I really enjoy cooking, but I have to agree with
Dano
on this one. Rather than spending hours in the kitchen preparing several incomplete mini-servings, I find it more reasonable and less time consuming to prepare one complete and balanced meal. For me, a big part of the satisfaction factor is in sitting down to enjoy an actual meal with my family. Instead of eating lettuce and tomato to break my fast at 4pm. Chicken breast and cheese as a protein serving at 6pm and the bread at 8pm, I find it much more satisfying to put it all together into a tasty sandwich and sit down to enjoy the full meal at 6pm. All the planning and prep time involved with spreading it out makes no sense to me, one of the best things about this diet is the way it frees up time during the day from all the planning and preparing of the mini-meals that are advocated in the ever-popular 6-meal/day diet plans. Shifting all that planning and prepping to a 6 hour window in the evening makes this diet no different than the others, but just changing the time of day you are fretting over what you can eat and what you can't eat and when. I love to cook, but it works just as well to prepare one meal as it does to do a meal split up into pieces over several hours. That way I can focus on preparing one meal in the healthiest way possible and serve it all together so each dish can compliment the others and the meal is more satisfying overall. It also makes it easier to get me out of the kitchen afterward so I'm not tempted to nibble on more calories than I need.

Thanks guys! I have an active job and so I consume mostly fat (not much) during the day and lean meats and veggies @ night so I can be in a slight Ketosis during the night to burn more fat. I am guessing that is a good idea so that not too much fat is consumed at night. I am doing this mostly for fat loss I was 262lb 2 one time now at 195lb but BF is too high but my body is very slow to burn fat I am consurned about taking in too little and slowing my BF burning even more, I guess I will just have to try it and see what happens.

Working out fasted is better for fat loss, but not for muscle growth. To gain muscle, having protein pre and post workout is ideal. On the other hand, it is probably worse for fat loss & detox, that's just the way it is.
Some people find that phases of 3-14 days of overeating and undereating are a good way to gain muscle then lose fat. But I prefer to do both at the same time, like WD.
