Get real man, fruits and fat are no problem, the problem is Grains and Nuts!Try tahini(sesame paste) and banana.Oh my god.........
Hah i bet now you wish you had asked your ex to show you some things about capoeira, right?
hmm, don't know bout that, ori said in one of his podcasts that fruit and nuts are not ok! personally i couldn't care less, thx for the tip
haha, she practiced that fast capoeira style (i think it's called regional???), ido's style is IMO more similar to angola, right?
all the best

Yuck, regional? Then it was wise of you to dump her
Yeah Ido's style is more close to angola, and i am a wannabe angoleiro ^^
Exercise
Some capoeira games at the show we had,i woke up a little tired and hungry
Eating
2 carrots,2 hard boiled eggs omega 3
2 peaches,4 dried prunes,2 hard boiled eggs
Overeating
Usual salad with half avocado,15/10 g of flax/olive oil
Made the chicken/cachews recipe here
http://tnation.tmuscle.com/free_online_forum/diet_performance_nutrition_supplements/la_cucina_anabolica_italiana?id=2144267&pageNo=14
Notes:I used dried prunes(3),walnuts(half handful) and a big green bell pepper for the veggies
Handful of walnuts with 2 dried prunes
Comments
I slept a lot today and i enjoyed it although i was sore and got tired at some point during the day.I started starving and this is why i ate those mini meals.I have to say though that at the second meal the prunes and eggs were a luxury...The recipe was really good although i was really poor on supplies.I needed more veggies and some other kind of nuts.I am also not sure if i fried the chicken right, since in the pics it seems a little more brown.I hope it doesnt kill me
Nice show today although at some time i played with my trainer and he beat the shit out of me.He was doing any acrobatic that he could and i was just trying to keep up with some basic moves...Ah Brazil, you are gonna be my saver
Tomorrow i will try to do Ido's workout and go to capoeira.I am also gonna try to make some other new recipe. Its really good for a change of pace!
Finally I got up on the analog scale and it showed around 84.5 although my body seems a little better.Oh well...

Exercise
http://idoportal.blogspot.com/2009/07/floreio-workout-number-4.html
The intermediate program although i got hit while doing the first handstand and i cut my toe and i hit my knee.So i just wasnt feeling that great during the workout so i only did only one set of the final exercise.Tomorrows program seems doable so i am gonna try and do it in addition to capoeira and some morning jogging with my best friend.
Eating
2 nectarines,peach,6 dried prunes and 3 hard boiled eggs
Cucumber,handful of almonds
Overeating
Salad with the usual portions
Stuffed peppers from here
http://tnation.tmuscle.com/free_online_forum/diet_performance_nutrition_supplements/la_cucina_anabolica_italiana?id=2144267&pageNo=7

Around 300-350 g of sardines with curry
2.5 handfuls of almonds, handful of walnuts with around 70 g tahini, around 30g of coconut oil and cocoa powder
Comments
Really demanding day, with hard workouts.I finally did a serious floreio workout and i was humbled...I used some more rest but i got my technique down and i think that i have improved somewhat already at my capoeira!Capoeira class was hard as well,i got some bubbles under my feet.I played some nice games and i dont seem to gas out that much!Hurray!I think that i slept somewhat during the noon, but not much.
I slept again really little, mainly because we were supposed to go jogging but my friend was tired...Oh well.
The meals were big today but i think that a demanding day needs to be met with adequate nutrition. After the floreio workout,my hands and legs were really feeling empty so i tried to fuel them up a little. The workout had a lot of leg work and as the unlucky guy i am,so did the capoeira workout...Lol anyway i survived!I really dont care if the scale is generous tomorrow.I feel proud of myself for doing that much,so i wanted to treat it.Also, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow i will not do a proper overeating meal, since we will be eating at some other guys houses.I am gonna try and stick to paleo guidelines(no wheat,or other grains,no sugar and few dairy if its in the dishes and some beans)
