Really crappy sleep pattern today.I slept for around 5 hours and i was like a zombie for the rest of the day.I went to a police station to get my passport,i waited for 4 hours and in the end it turned out that i was in the wrong station....I almost cried but anyway...Then i got home,i took my rage on fruits and tried to sleep.I was lying in the bed for 2 hours,dont know if i slept...I left the bed feeling a little dizzy,i drank some cold mint,drank some more water saw some videos on youtube and went for capoeira
Capoeira was interesting today,my coach used some animal walk and we were wiped out
Alligators walk can be a real bitch.I played a lot,sang even more(my cords hurt) and tried some acrobatics...I need to use a mat next time.If i go to Brazil without doing a aerial cartwheel i am gonna feel really bad for myself.
I went home quite pleased with myself,i ate my salad,continued with the salmon/curry/tomatoes combo and finished with nuts...Macedonian tahini with cocoa powder seem like a sweet for me
So one more day ends!Tomorrow i am writing my final test,i have not read and i really dont know what i am gonna write.Summer has been here for like 1.5 month and i am sitting in my home.I feel bad that i didnt enjoy those past days but what the heck i have 2 more months to enjoy!

Today i was ravenously hungry!My stomach was growling the whole time and it was as simple as gulping some water.I wrote down my calories and they came around 2k for yesterday.It seems that i might need to up calories a bit?Well today i ate around 2300 so lets see.The growling was not the only problem,again i slept few hours and again i was a little foggy during the day.By 15:45 i lied down a little and i think that i fall asleep,but still it was not enough!On a side note i visited the toilet many times today(around 4)
Capoeira was really hard.There were not many students today(guess they are charging their batteries for the seminar)so my trainer decided to use a HIIT style.It was good,but again i was wiped out after the class.My shoulders are a bit sore as well so i didnt have much motivation for some acrobatics.There were good things though!I finally understood how to move my body while in handstand in order to walk and i had a really really nice game with another student.After the game i was of course into a bended position trying to breathe
Its good to know though that i can go 100% out
After the bath i noticed that my belly had shrunk a little so high five!
Overeating was nice today.I wanted to see if i can use fewer eggs in case i use more veggies but in the end i needed the same amount as any conventional omelet.The feta was a nice addition to the omelet and i also had some grape tomatoes.Nice combo indeed.The nuts reminded me of my earlier days while doing the WD were i blended many nuts,put some honey and enjoyed!I should do it once more!Perhaps as a combo reward for the 14 days capoeira???Hazelnut butter AND HONEY?Omff,kill me now!
Tomorrow we have some seminars at capoeira,so we will be doing some folklore dance of Brazil and perhaps play with each other!Some students might upload pictures on facebook,so i will make sure that you see them

I weighted once,then on the second time(i weight twice just to make sure) i was 84.I weighted once more and it showed 82.4.Then i said screw it and i used my analog weight machine and it showed around 83.5.....Anyway,i keep 83.9!
Undereating

I managed to do one small workout and because i was hungry and we didnt have any fruits i drank some juice and ate the eggs.It was quite filling and OK for the rest of the day
The seminars rocked!I was completely gassed out at my final game and i played enough(around 4-6 times)!Yahoo!I might upload some videos if i get the chance
Went out with some friend after cap(no more missing cap for anyone) and since i was hungry i ate somewhat dirty.Well at least no sweets and today i had also lost some weight so no biggie!It was a nice psychological break!
Today i might not overeat properly since i want to go to a party so i cant have a lot of food while partying.I am thinking of a small salad with no avocado,some scrambled eggs and perhaps a handful of nuts or some flaxseeds.We shall see!

Yesterday
83.7 kg
So around 1.1 kg loss.Sweet!
I dont remember exactly what i ate yesterday but i did my main mean during noon because i did not want to go empty at the party.I ate some eggs,salad and the classic combo of nuts and tahini/cocoa.I slept a little and then ate some flaxseeds with tahini and cocoa.That was all until the party.There i ate some handfuls of chips(yeah,sue me).I got back at 7 am and i woke at 3 pm.I weighted and thanks to the salt i hold some water and the scale showed 84.5.Oh well,7 steps forward one back.
Today
Undereating
2 peaches
Peach
Overeating
Salad with 15 flax seed oil
Omelet with 3 whole eggs,3 egg whites,onion and garlic
Handful hazelnuts,half handful almonds,25g flax seeds with tahini and cocoa.3 handfuls pistachios

A little crappy today mainly since i slept at bad times...I ate a lot relatively to other days and damn it the pistachios contain salt.Its gonna suck tomorrow with the scale.Oh well,back on track i guess!

Dude, its just water. You already know you are losing weight and getting healthier, why would possibly want to fret about water weight. It's not a bad thing, imo. I dunno, when I was reading that it seemed as though you are being hyper vigilant.

Yeah dont worry man,i was kinda moody when writing the post mainly because i overslept for my standards(its the first time i wake up after 12am for a while)and the whole situation at the party sucked.Since i am my usual self now let me give you a small description
By the time that we went to the house there were not many people but it seemed like the whole situation had a lot of potential.Nice music,a lot of drinks(i dont drink but chicks do
) and a house with many rooms
After some time some more girls started coming and i thought that the night is gonna rock!
Then it all went awful.A dickhead living near the house sued the guys for the loud music.A police car arrived and they told us to get into the house(we were out at the balcony)shut the windows and keep the music low.I can understand that the music shouldnt have been that loud but man,shouldnt they first warn us?To hell with it.
Then when some girls started looking at our way,a girlfriend of mine approaches me and tells me that a friend of us was feeling crappy.That was when the party was ruined.My friend probably drank some ash accidentally with his drink and spend 3 hours in the toilet and in a chair trying to feel good.We spend the whole time being there with him giving him some paper to wipe his face from vomit etc.
When i was going to fill a glass of water for him i passed a girl looking herself in the mirror.When i returned i saw her still being there and said "Lets give it a shot".I told here "Come on,you are looking great already!".Her verbal response "No i am not".Her somatic response was to grab a bottle of vodka and started drinking it.I said OK and then i returned to my friend for some more vomit action
Talking about a crappy night huh?
When we were returning i pointed out that the night went awful since i broke one of my rules,i put gel on my hair lol.I did it once more last year when we tried to go to a club and we found out that it was one of the emptiest places evah
Note to self:dont break habits
On a side note i was 84 kg today so probably by tomorrow i will be back on track

Started doing a small workout in the morning but my right tricep is killing me.Dont know why.I wanted to do some push ups and l-sits but the pain was too much.I did some contrast baths and stretching and the pain vanished.Later,at cap i did an acrobatic that really strained my hand and as a result i couldnt use it!I said fuck it and i did some more stretching and contrast baths.Lets hope that tomorrow it will be OK
Normal day,didnt do anything great.Tomorrow i wanna go and make a bank account for the money for Brazil
Overeating was nice with the steak and the veggies!I tried also to stir fry some red cabbage,mushrooms and garlic and it failed epically!As a result i ate the feta and the pistachios.One note that i made was that feta did not have that full taste that it used to have....Can i be like the sweets,that i no longer like them?Can it be because of the brand(my father bought it and its different)?Dont know.If i were though to also eliminate dairy from the diet then its gonna be a real paleo diet!(i have no prob with that btw)

Sorry that i havent posted for so long but sometimes i just wasnt feeling it while other times i just said yes to junk food once more
Anyway,i was able to restrain myself a lot more than other times so the damage is not irreversible like other times.With that being said,i was around 85 kg today but i dont worry that much since i also felt a little bloated.So by today i will be back on track and perhaps i will manage to hit the 83 kg mark before i leave for Brazil.9 days left
Exercise
Did a lot of capoeira movements today.Nice workout,lasted about an hour

Semi proud of myself these days.I ate some junk but i was really able to stop before going really overboard.And mind you,but eating junk translated to 4 ice creams,some black bread with butter and honey,and some shitty combos like nuts with honey.Buy damn when you get started its really hard to stop.My mom certainly does not help by telling me all the time "Hey i got some ice cream/panacotta/sweets/name_crap etc.Do you want some?".As i think about these days,my junk fest started by a really simple thing.I wanted some fruit and we didnt have anything close to fruit/sweet veggie.And what do i reach for?Junk of course.And when the junk course starts,the WD instinct takes place."You have to overeat" is what my body saying.And there goes the bread,the butter the marmalade and other nasty stuff.I asked my mom today if she can refrain from buying junk for 9 days,but she said no.She is not gonna tell me though that she bought any.Oh well,I guess that i must go and buy fruits every day so that i dont crash...The weekdays will be easy but i dread the weekend.Lets see
Nothing else really to add,i hope that i can get back on track.The only good thing is that in Brazil i will refrain from pigging out,since i will be around 10 people or so.Not much space going for a crap fest...

I am so glad Ido Portal started posting the Floreio workouts!For any movement addict,anyone who wants to do something beautiful into his movements he should check Ido Portal!The workout was somewhat brutal though and the dislocated shoulder was preventing me from going 100%.At noon i took a nap and at cap i was relatively not that much tires.I went to play with a girl(coach's girl)and as i tried to fake a head butt she gave me a hit with her knee
Some blood went out but no big deal
For anyone into primal foods,check the link i posted.Its really good,with many guidelines and in general it suggests a lifestyle that i really like.Perhaps its the most balanced,in my humble opinion.The eggplants were.....OK.I chose the white ones and the tomato/garlic/onion sauce was not that great but the cooking times were precise and it was a nice addition!I am gonna try and make some coconut bread tonight.I am searching the recipe at the moment,i will post it after my meal
Hm i dont remember anything else except that today i weighted and i was 84 kg!Nice!

With a body like his and a training program that might consist of 6-10 hours per day,man he can hate WD as much as he likes
But again his eating plan seems not so great for people on the move....

haha, yep
you're right, i think his system definitely works but i would never do a plan where i have to eat every few hours and never get a nice, satisfying meal (but for performance i don't like the waterfasting thing during undereating either (which of course is not reccommended by ori ;-))). the last weeks i just ate whenever i was hungry and i have to say my performance increased and my BF staysed the same or even went down a bit.

Also i really like the wd because i can eat healthy stuff while keeping some money.The multi meal plan seems expensive to me...What did you eat btw?Fruits and veggies?
What do you think of the floreios workouts?Any problem with the queda de rins?I was pumped to do a workout tomorrow but it seems that its a rest day hah.Reminds me of crossfit.I guess i will have to do todays workout then!

Tried to make the bread here http://www.marksdailyapple.com/coconut-flour/ It was nothing great i guess.I used around 50g of shredded coconut,no honey/salt/baking powder,2 whole eggs,some butter,20 g of flaxseeds.The consistency was ok but i forgot to put some oil on the baking sheet and some of it stuck to the sheet.Not a great recipe,although with some honey it would have been greater!I think i will stick with the nut pizza

5 hours sleep,running in the morning,no sleep during noon,capoeira in the evening and damn i felt like a turbo today!Really happy with my self!The only problem was that since i slept few hours,my digestive system seemed to not feel that great...I could feel the food in my stomach in the morning.As the day passed i could feel it lightening up,but still did not feel that great.
I tried to sleep some hours after the jogging but i couldnt.On a side note i drank some white tea after the workout so it might be attributed to this.
Training in the morning was OK,since my shoulder started aching me again...I am really angry with this situation.I found some shoulder rehab routine in the net and it made my shoulders feel golden!I also did not have any problem during cap,only after when i did some attempts to hold an armed handstand
(stayed for 1-2 secs hah).
Eating surely included many tastes!The coconut bread was not what i expected but oh well,there are many other recipes i can try.Also the omega 3 eggs seem to have a really neutral taste and they are a bit harder to poach.Weird things.Today i run out of nuts and i only have walnuts and flaxseed...I want to go to the supermarket and buy some stuffs like fruits,nuts and perhaps some meat but i am skeptical about the money i am gonna give.I guess that i can give 10 more euros....
Tomorrow we will go out on the streets and have a small show of capoeira!I might post some pics as well

yep,
i had lots of fruit, veggies, eggs and sometimes some meat or canned salmon. my favourite breakfast is 2 mashed bananas, cinnamon, coconut oil, almond butter and ori's whey, then i mixed some blueberries into the whole thing, tastes awesome. i also had apple slices with cinnamon and a handful of almonds, IMO a great combination (never had problems mixing fats & carbs). antother meal would be a cucumber salad mixed with salmon, pumpkin seeds, curcumin powder and some mustard.
yeah, some of the advanced exercises are kinda difficult to master, but for me i think it's more of a learning this very different style of movement and getting used to it, i never practiced something similar before.

Get real man,fruits and fat are no problem,the problem is Grains and Nuts!Try tahini(sesame paste) and banana.Oh my god.........
