What particularly makes pasturized milk bad for you? and how bad we talking?
still waiting for the farmers market so i can get some raw stuff
Raw milk is a live food, full of beneficial enzymes and bacteria. Many people who are supposedly lactose intolerant can consume raw milk. Pasteurized milk is a dead food. It spoils easily, doesn't taste very good, and the high heat renders the casein in milk indigestible. You get very little nutrition from pasteurized milk. If I can't get raw milk, I do without.
