I couldn't imagine what that would do to my stomach/gastro system...even when I eat something "a little bad" I am feeling it the next morning...LOL

Dano, I think you're looking for a breed of people that don't even bother with the Warrior Diet.  To us, a guilty fall from our diet is to have some fruit after our main meal or to have a carrot during the day rather than water fasting.  I have to admit that, before the warrior diet, I'd love to finish a meal with a cookie or bread with about half a jar of nutella on it.  However, since I've been on the WD, I don't crave any sweets anymore (unless it's for some natural honey or maple syrup in my yogurt).  I even used to be a big drinker and just don't feel the desire to get bombed on the weekends anymore.  I definitely still have a few beers, a scotch, or a bone-dry martini with some friends on a Friday night every now-and-then, but my "need" to consume copious amounts of booze to take a break from the work week has disappeared.  The WD breed just doesn't bother with this kind of stuff...our bodies crave the good stuff, the solid nutrients, and the key instruments of survival.

Totally agree with you mate, about the drinking and the cravings etc. I was kind of just joking around, taking into account one of the main things I hear about one meal a day is how "fattening" it is. I've heard that by the time that one meal comes, none of us should have the control to contain ourselves. But you're right, this way of life makes everything bad for us seem utterly disgusting. At least for me its utterly disgusting, I'm sure some of us are able to indulge just fine.

if you feel guilty because you ate a carrot during the day instead of water fasting i'd simply call that sick...

I remember when i started the wd and most days i would have 4-5 handfuls of nuts blended together and then a tablespoon of honey...It was absolutely great and kept me from eating sweets. Also i lost more pounds...Oh boy,i might start doing it again one of these days!

right over here is some guy that due to the warrior diet can eat whatever he wants and still maintain a good bodyfat.Im nearly 19 and am an ectomorph and can basically eat whatever i want and as long as i eat clean 6 out of 7 days lose fat.I am also always moving around and playing basketball, cycling around the place and walking to and from college so i guess i most likely burn much more than i consume the other 6 days so the 7 day(even god rested on the 7th day guys so give yourself 1 day a week) which is usually a higher carb or cheat day isn't a detrimental to my physique.
