7 am - wake up, water
7:15 am - ketllebell workout (25-30 min)
8 am - handful of muesli/ water, minerals/vitamins
9:30 am - coffee
11:30 am - yogurt
1:30 pm - 2 kiwis or handful of berries
3:30 pm - handful of almonds/grape/ milk thistle
6 pm - feast/grape seed extract
I do kettlebell workout 4 days a week. I am looking to loose all that stubborn fat
