You would benefit way more from the feast if you timed your workout to the evening..it is post workout when the body utilizes and requires nutrients more than ever..on your current routine you are not even getting any post workout protein in....

I agree with milone.
You should not eat grains during the day. If you aspire for the top reaches of health, it is debatable if you should eat grains AT ALL. Muesli is basically a nuke on your pancreas, a combination of the worst carbs you could possibly ingest (sugar, dried fruits, toasted grains).
If you dig working out in the morning (it does kind of put a cool vibe on your whole day) then at least have move your yogurt to post workout.
Watch it with the grapes and almonds. Never mix fat and sugar unless high blood sugar is your goal.

Thank you all for the reply. I guessed I did not specify properly, whenever I put /, I meant either one of those choices. I will change post workout meal. Any more good tips on it? I am really looking to loose stomach, I do understand it is not possible to do it alone. Therefore, trying to use WD. As regarding workout, I find myself more energetic after morning workout rather doing evening one after work. I read that working out in the morning actually burn more cals and then using WD actually boost burning unnecessary weight. Correct me if I am wrong.

Also, what i can substitute for musli? DO love those more than cereals, but never knew that those bad. I do know about consuming dried fruits in a bunch is not great.
