AED weightloss

Just wanted to let everyone know how AED is going for me.
Today is my third day on phase 1. I'm doing great and have lots of energy. The first day I was pretty hungry, but I ate enough at dinner to fill me up. Day 2 was so much easier, and day 3 even easier.
In three days I have lost 5 lbs. I have also been walking 2miles a day.
I have only been taking the anti-estrogen supplements, as the others have not arrived.
My start weight was 265, the heaviest I have ever been. I have PCOS, which is a hormonal imbalance that effects ovulation and periods. So I figured AED was a good choice for me. I am 5'8 and would like to lose around 80-90 lbs. So far all is going well, I'll keep everyone posted.
AED has made me feel so good that I want to exercise. I have also had fun cooking, and finding ways to incorporate all the good foods. I highly recommend AED.

3 weeks in. I have lost almost 15 lbs (hopefully will hit 15 at the end of this week). Which is down 5% of my starting body weight. I am now alternating my walks with some jogging, which is amazing, because I don't run. Really, I don't run! I have also been getting out to walk almost every day, even been walking during my lunches at work.
Just started Phase II today. Had a crust-less veggie quiche, some sauted kale, and a handful of raw nuts.
I feel fantastic. I am turning 30 this year, and I don't think I ever felt this good in my entire life. Its amazing. I am doing so much more in my life too. I haven't been watching TV; instead I've been walking, or cleaning, or cooking nutritious meals.
Highly recommend AED!!!

Hey erinmett I would really like to know how your progress is going on the AED. I also need to lose about 80 lbs and I'm just curious how this is going for someone that needs to lose a large amount of weight. Let us know. Thanks

I'll chime in here. I've been on WD/AED since Jan 1 this year. You mentioned wanting to lose 80 pounds. My total goal was right around 60 pounds (although I don't really care about my final weight, I just want to be around 8% bf or so...and I figured 60 pounds would get me about there)
I've lost right at 40 pounds so far. I'm now back to a healthy weight, but not where I want to be yet. At first, weight was falling off - about 20 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Then it slowed down but still came off steadily.
I went VERY extreme with my approach, but you can see that this diet WILL/DOES work. Just keep at it and ask anything you want to know!
