I'm looking to add some muscle without fat gain. I am currently 5"9/m 157lb about 6% bodyfat. My current diet is as follows:
Post workout meal 1-scoop of whey protein/w greenfood
Post workout meal 2/3 scoop of pea protein/w greenfood
Evening meal:
8 oz red wine (this has to stay,sorry)
3 cups broccoli/2cups squash with olive oil and 2 oz salmon
tub of spinich with tomato sauce olive oil and small amount of parmesan cheese
5 oz raw mixed nuts
4 oz blueberries/8 oz strawberries
5 cla caps+5 fish oil caps
2100 calories 50%fat (110g) 16%car (100g) 26%pro (130g)
weightlifting 4 days per week + brief kettlebell swings and rope skipping
