3-5 raw eggs and 100-200g fruit(not bananas).  the eggs can be replaced with yogurt if you so choose

I see. And what about the main meal? something, that does not need much time to cook, and still has everything, you need.

Research has shown that chocolate milk is just about the best thing an endurance athlete can drink after a hard workout.

In 2006, the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism published a study conducted at the Indiana University in Bloomington that found, in the words of the scientists and researchers that conducted the study, "Chocolate milk contains an optimal carbohydrate to protein ratio, which is critical for helping refuel tired muscles after strenuous exercise and can enable athletes to exercise at a high intensity during subsequent workouts. It is a strong alternative to other commercial sports drinks in helping athletes recover from strenuous, energy-depleting exercise."

hey again!

so i have been drinking alot of water, and in the beginning i was drinking water with really alot of stuff in it. it was called "Aqua Fresh" i think. it was a green bottle. Then i started to feel real weak after some time, and had digestion problems aswell. Now i changed the water to "Bernina", which has almost nothing in it, and all the symptoms went away. Could you say, that the "cleaner" the water is, the better it is? i mean some people say, you have to drink water with alot of calcium and so on.

keep smiling Smiley
