Here's an article, regarding the Atkins Diet, shared on another forum. Its content is consistent with the Warrior Diet, albeit indirectly, by referring to the evolution of mankind, insulin, distinguishing carbohydrates (starches vs. legumes, fruits, and vegetables), and starvation (hunger).

It is a bit long, but does raise a number of interesting points.
