I'll post this question here as I bought wheat germ oil from the recommendation in the AED book. It's Holland and Barrett, don't usually buy from them but it's cold-pressed so I very much hope not rancid. Anyway, my question is that the directions are to 'take one teaspoon before each meal'. Anyone know why they would specify before the meal? I have mine on high-fat days, about a dessetspoon, after my salad, so not completely before the meal, but before my protein and other fats. Curious about this one - any ideas?
