It has been just a couple of years since I was first introduced to the Warrior Diet. I was young and knew it all. Stuffing my face with chicken and rice all day long was my life. I was over 20% body fat and felt like a zombie every hour of the day. The doctors wanted to put me on high blood pressure meds and I developed gynocomastia only be "cured" through surgery. Two years later, I have reversed both issues through the wisdom and knowledge of Mr. Ori Hofmekler. Not only do I feel great, I look the best I ever have. Vanity is a side effect of the diet and training. I can truely say, I feel human again!  Thanks Ori.

Jeff,  I can't tell you how excited we are for you at your success.  The fantastic thing is that your success is very typical of those who follow both The Warrior Diet and The Anti-Estrogenic Diet.  Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the testimonial Jeff.  Sounds like I had been doing what you had been doing (thinking that I was eating right) but finding nothing but frustration.  I had thought that I just had "a slow metabolism" and that I was doomed to be chubby for the rest of my life.  I'm now on the right path with the Warrior Diet I'm sure.  In fact, I think that my wife thinks that I'm a bit obsessed with it.   Smiley

Lossing the man boobs will be a huge victory for me, glad to hear that you've already done that.  Spending 5k and going through a painful and embarrasing surgery was the plan that I had before finding this solution.
