Hello Everyone!!!

I have been on the Warrior Diet for about 3 weeks.  The hardest part has been giving up on pop but I have made great progress in that area.  I started out at 359 lbs and I am only 6'2.  As of Friday I am down to 352 lbs.  I know 7 lbs in only 3 weeks is not a lot but it is a start.  Starting on Monday I will be hiting the gym we have at work. 

I am going for 3-5 lbs a week as something I can do and keep doing.  If you write down your goals it helps acheive them.  So for every one here that is my goal, 3-5 lbs a week mesuared every Friday.  My first big goal is to get to 300lbs.  Almost 60lbs of weight.  Then 250lbs.  That is 100 lbs.  I hope I can do it.  It seems like a lot of weight but I think with the Warrior Diet and excise I can do it. 

I will update each Friday to let everyone know my progress!!
